Context
A B2B software publisher wanted an AI assistant embedded in their product that could answer user questions grounded in their own documentation—without leaking data across tenants.
What we did
We implemented retrieval with tenant isolation, human-in-the-loop review for sensitive topics, and streaming responses for a responsive UX. Design and engineering worked in parallel so the assistant felt native to the existing UI.
