Context
A ride-hailing marketplace was expanding into new cities and needed a unified marketplace experience for riders and drivers, with pricing and matching rules that could evolve without redeploys.
What we did
We built a modular admin for marketplace rules, integrated mapping and ETA services, and rolled out progressive web features so drivers on older devices stayed in the loop.
